Account Verification on ranzjitu
Verification is a one-time process that connects your ranzjitu account to your identity — it unlocks full withdrawal access and protects your balance if you ever need to recover your account. We ask for a government-issued ID and a selfie to match the name on your account. Upload both from your phone camera directly inside the account settings page; you don't need
to email documents or visit anywhere in person. Most submissions are reviewed without you needing to follow up. Completing this early means your first withdrawal won't hit a hold while documents are being checked.
- Go to Account Settings — Find the Verification section inside your account dashboard. The page shows which documents are still required and which have already been accepted.
- Upload your ID — A national ID card or passport works. Take a clear photo in good light — blurry or cropped images are the most common reason a submission needs to be resubmitted.
- Complete the selfie step — Hold your ID next to your face for the selfie. This matches the document to the account holder and is a standard security check we run on all accounts.
- Wait for confirmation — You'll receive an in-app notification once verification is complete. If there's a problem with a document, the notification tells you exactly what to re-upload.
